Instruction for Drivers

As of June 27th, 2023 at 12:00 AM:
Drivers will need to pick up passengers from inside the parking garage.

• The driver will need to enter the parking garage from Loop Rd and proceed to go up the ramp to the second floor of the parking deck.
• Taxis are required to keep to the right and rideshare drivers will need to keep to the left and park in one of the five designated rideshare pick-up spots.
• Drivers are not allowed to wait in the parking deck for their passengers, drivers waiting on a passenger to land or get luggage need to wait in the cell phone lot across the street from the airport until the passenger is ready to meet them in the parking garage.
• A pick-up area for mobility-restricted passengers will be on the terminal dr with only one pull-in spot. Any drivers caught picking up passengers on Terminal Dr that are not mobility-restricted will be fined and ticketed by airport police.
